We are giving away 25 Twenty Dollar Gift Cards for food items at Mason Dixon Restaurant.
Alcoholic beverages will not be awarded as prizes.
Contest Rules
1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Pennsylvania who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. ∙ Employees, officers, and directors of Mason Dixon Distillery, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. No Purchase Necessary:
- Participation does not require a purchase.
- Purchasing a product will not increase the chances of winning.
3. Entry Period:
- The contest begins on June 1, 2025 and ends on September 30, 2025.
- Entries submitted before or after the entry period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter:
Participants may enter online at www.masondixondistillery.com/canned-cocktails ∙ Limit one entry per person.
5. Prize Details:
- Prizes will consist of 25 Twenty Dollar Gift Cards for food items at Mason Dixon Restaurant.
- Alcoholic beverages will not be awarded as prizes.
- The total value of all prizes for this contest will not exceed $500, per PA State law.
6. Winner Selection and Notification:
- Winners will be selected through a random drawing conducted on October 1, 2025.
- Winners will be notified via email within 30 days of the drawing.
- If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 30 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Publicity:
- By entering the contest, entrants consent to the use of their entry information for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions:
- The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Void where prohibited.
- Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s control impair the integrity of the contest.
9. Limitation of Liability:
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Mason Dixon Distillery, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or receipt or use of any prize.
10. Sponsor:
The contest is sponsored by Mason Dixon Distillery, located at 331 E. Water St, Gettysburg Pennsylvania.
