At Mason Dixon Distillery, our kitchen is just as important as our stills.

We serve comfort food done right. Simple, satisfying dishes prepared to an exacting standard. Our menu is built around quality ingredients, and whenever possible, we source locally from partners we trust. That includes beef from Stone Ridge Manor, seafood from Kepler’s Seafood, natural flavors for our Butter Pecan Bourbon from Amoretti, and Honeycrisp cider from Kime’s Cider Mill to name a few.

For our French toast, we use artisan baguettes from Gettysburg Baking Company, selected for their texture and flavor, bringing a perfect balance of crisp edges and soft, custardy centers to every bite.
